Make your own sausages on this specialist half day course that celebrates the great British banger.
Join butcher and meat expert Chris Moorby to learn how to make proper artisan sausages. Working with different cuts of pork, learn what makes great sausages, how to select the right cuts of meat for them and all about the secret subtleties of seasoning.
With Chris’s expertise you can design your own sausage recipe which you can take home and use to make the perfect sausage for you every time! A selection of ingredients will be available, and you will learn about mincing, seasoning, and stuffing.
This course is a combination of demonstration and hands-on. Please bring a cool bag to transport your sausages home.
This course includes light refreshments.
