Internationally renowned baker and author of How to Make Bread Emmanuel Hadjiandreou, will guide you through each stage of the sourdough baking process, as you create a selection of your own loaves from your own kitchen, with this interactive online session.
During this informal bake-along you will produce white and rye sourdough loaves, over three separate online session sessions.
Emmanuel will share his baking expertise to provide a fascinating insight into the science of long fermentation, as you also learn about mixing, proving and baking. There will be question-and-answer sessions at each key stage of the baking process.
This course is a must for anyone wanting to enhance their sourdough bread baking skills.
You will be provided with ingredient and equipment lists so you can bake-along at home. This class we will be delivered via Zoom, with joining instructions shared in advance of the course start date.
We recommend you have attended our Online Sourdough Starter Masterclass before completing this bake-along session.
