Join us for the annual Festival of Food and Drink held at Clumber Park, a National Trust property in north Nottinghamshire.

Under the expert guidance of butchery tutor Andrew Sharp, discover how rarebreed beef compares to commercial beef as you taste various cuts to understand the flavour and texture profiles.

The session will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
