Short Courses

The short course programme at The School of Artisan Food is designed to give people the opportunity to get back in touch with real, handmade food.

These courses suit all ages and skill levels. We not only teach practical and enjoyable ways to produce food, but we also ask important questions about why food is produced in the way it is, what the alternatives are and what the future may look like. The School offers a wide range of short courses, ranging from demonstrations and half-day taster sessions to intensive week long masterclasses, in a variety of subjects.
