Lindy will share a selection of her favourite festive recipes as you create your own range of savoury and sweet edible gifts to enjoy with friends and family.
During this practical, one-day course, you will produce:
- Pickled Pears
- Caramelised, Cocoa-dusted Hazelnuts
- Potted Stichelton (our favourite blue cheese, made here on the Welbeck Estate)
- Parmesan Bites
- Chocolate figs
- Lemon Ginger Curd
Everything you make on the day will be available for you to take home and enjoy.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
