Junior Bakers

We invite budding young bakers, aged 10-14, to join us for a day of hands-on baking with Cordon Bleu trained chef Justine Kanter.

This is a great way for youngsters to develop their love for food, gain new practical skills and build their confidence in the kitchen.

Junior bakers will create a selection of products which may include:

  • Pavlova with summer berries
  • Individual cheesecakes
  • Sticky toffee puddings
  • Chocolate mousse pots
  • Vanilla panna cotta

The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.

We try our best to support parents who are unable to afford a course place for their child. If you would you like to support a child in attending our Junior Bakers courses please donate today.
