We invite budding young bakers, aged 9-16, to join us for a day of hands-on baking with Cordon Bleu trained chef Justine Kanter.

This is a great way for youngsters to develop their love for food, gain new practical skills and build their confidence in the kitchen.

Junior bakers will create a selection of products which may include:

  • Pavlova
  • Individual cheesecakes
  • Sticky toffee puddings
  • Chocolate mousse pots

The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.
