This is a ‘must’ for anyone who loves a cinnamon bun. It’s designed to be lots of fun as well as giving you the knowledge and confidence to mix your own batch of buns whenever you like.
You will be mixing, shaping, filling and baking two different styles of cinnamon bun; Swedish Cinnamon Knots (Kanelbullar) and a tray of Cinnamon Swirls with a Streusel Topping. Take them home and share them with friends and family (or squirrel them away for yourself).
No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and enjoy the process.
All ingredients, equipment & recipes included. Tea & Coffee available for the break.

The School of Artisan Food is located on the Welbeck Estate in the heart of Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, just a few minutes from the A1 and M1.
We make a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are encouraged to bring their own containers in which to take food home.
