Our Committment to Inclusivity
The School of Artisan Food believe that high quality food education should be accessible to all. Bursaries to study for our Higher Diploma in Artisan Baking and Business Skills support the next generation of bakers keen to develop their skills, deepen their understanding of artisan bakery production and to begin a meaningful career in artisan baking.
We are deeply grateful to the generous donors who have already enabled so many Higher Diploma scholars to embark on their baking journey. Their support has changed lives, opened doors and strengthened the future of artisan food. Thanks to this continued generosity we are fortunate to be able to offer further bursary opportunities to students joining us in 2026.
